Time Vessels

The Time Vessel series began in the late nineteen eighties and are included in the collections of the Everson Museum, Syracuse NY and the Mint Museum, Charlotte NC. They are also included in many corporate and private collections across the U.S. and internationally.  More images to come. Commissions are accepted.

These sculptural vessels are constructed entirely of clay slabs.   All of the embedded objects are made in press molds and glazed to look like found objects.  All Time Vessels are low fired and smoked using Raku style reduction.  Early versions of Time Vessels were called Conglomerates Vessels.
